For the first time in Italy, the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers presents a unique cheese-centered experience in Puglia, designed for professional cheesemakers, affineurs, dairy producers and cheese experts.
Choose between two travel options — a 4-day program (28–31 May) or an extended 6-day program (28 May–2 June) — both including visits to artisanal producers, tastings, guided tours, cultural highlights and the Guilde Gala Dinner with Investiture Ceremony.
